Hyundai Tucson - Fourth generation (NX4) - (2020-2023) - Workshop Manual / Clutch System / Clutch Tube

Components and Components Location

  1. Clutch pedal arm
  2. Clutch pedal assembly
  3. Reservoir hose
  4. Regulator
  5. Cluch tube
  6. Clutch hose

Removal

  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly and air duct.

(Refer to In case by Gasoline 1.6 T-GDI System - "Air Cleaner")

(Refer to In case by Gasolione 2.0 MPI System - "Air Cleaner")

  1. Remove the battery and batteiy tray.

  1. Pull the snap pin (A) and then separate the clutch tube (B).

  • Do not spill brake fluid on the vehicle it may damage the paint if brake fluid does contact the paint, wash it off immediately with water.
  1. Remove the snap pin (A) and then separate the clutch hose (B).

Gasoline 1.6 T-GDI

  1. Separate the clips (A, B) and then removing the clutch hose & tube from the vehicle.

Installation

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedures.
  2. Perform bleeding air procedure in concentric slave cylinder after pouring the brake fluid.

    Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. Lift the vehicle. Disconnect the antenna connector (A) from the rear bumper. Remove the antenna (B) after loosening mounting nuts. Buzzer Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
