Component Location

  1. Outside rear view mirror

Replacement

WARNING

  • When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
  • Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
  1. Remove the front door trim.

    (Refer to Front Door - "Front Door Trim")

  2. Press the lock pin, separate the outside rear view mirror connector (A).

  1. Loosen the mounting bolts and clip, remove the outside rear view mirror (A).

Tightening torque : 6.9 - 10.8 N.m (0.7 - l.lkgf.m , 5.1 - 8.0 lb-ft)

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure.

WARNING

Make sure the connector is connected properly.

     Cowl Top Cover

    Component Location Cowl Top Cover Replacement Remove the cap and the nuts, and then remove the wiper arm (A). Tightening torque : 22.6 - 26.5 N.m (2.3 - 2.7 kgf.m, 16.6 - 19.5 lb-ft) Disconnect the washer nozzle (A).

     Power Relay Assembly (PRA) - Removal

    Removal Remove the PRA assembly. (Refer to 48V Battery System - "Power Relay Assembly (PRA)") Remove the PRA cover. Remove the mounting bolts and remove the power relay busbar (A). Disconnect the main relay connector
